11 Screenshots That Show Some of the Glitches with ‘Star Trek’ the Videogame
I had quite an adventure playing Star Trek the videogame, if not the one that Paramount/Digital Extremes had in mind. (Note: As you see from the first screenshot, this will turn out to be a pun.) Here are eleven screenshots showing some of the frustrating and/or hilarious problems I encountered.
34 Things Wrong with ‘Star Trek’ the Videogame (Updated)
There was one wonderful moment in the Star Trek videogame on the bridge of the Enterprise. Kirk has a decision to make, one that will affect the entire crew, and all eyes are upon him. And as he makes his decision, it becomes clear that Kirk had made the best yet unexpected choice. It was a brief moment, but it was full of tension.
Damnit, Jim: Star Trek Co-Op Mode Not Working (Updated)
I’m going to be writing a review of Star Trek the videogame for the PS3. But while waiting for my copy to arrive, I was graciously given a Steam code so I could get a head start on joining the fabulous co-op fray. That was the theory, anyway. In practice, I’m playing solo.

I recently spent some time playing a hands-on demo of this upcoming third-person action-adventure, voiced by the actors of the rebooted movies, and the tricorder readings are promising. I can safely say that this is one of the best co-op experiences I’ve ever had.
William Shatner Takes on the Gorn, Again, in Ad for Star Trek Videogame
Hardcore Star Trek fans don’t care for the rebooted 2009 movie for its inconsistencies with the Trek universe. (You killed Vulcan, you b——d.) As we know, the upcoming videogame is also part of the rebooted universe. But old school fans should appreciate that the game pays homage to the original series by taking on an old enemy familiar to William Shatner’s James T. Kirk, the Gorn, from the episode “Arena.” And it’s clear from the video, below, that Shatner thinks its time for a rematch.
